Dear NSMC/IRM Members,

As was mentioned at the Spring NSMC/IRM Board of Directors meeting, moving forward we will be going paperless at all NSMC/IRM committee and board of trustee meetings, and this includes the upcoming Fall Board of Directors Meeting in San Diego. NSMC staff will be posting the online agendas and non-time sensitive supporting material by Friday, Aug. 29. The NSMC/IRM Fall Board schedule and the minutes from Spring Board have already been posted to the Web site. 

In order for this to be accomplished, those of you coordinating meeting materials will need to work with NSMC staff to get the agenda (and any other supporting material) developed, approved and returned to them by Wednesday, Aug. 27 so there is enough time to post the information online. NSMC and IRM reports including Membership Stats and University of Housing IRM data reports will be reported at the meeting by staff.  NSMC staff will send you an email once the information is viewable online. 

We look forward seeing you in San Diego to attend and participate in another productive meeting!
