Homes for Life Award
This award recognizes a CAPS designee for excellence in aging in place design and/or accessible home modifications in a remodeled home. These homes will offer specific design or programmatic solutions that aid the individual resident(s) to continue living in the house as they grow older and/or face physical challenges. Remodeling Hall of Fame
America's Best Remodeling Hall of Fame was created by the NAHB Remodelers to honor individuals from all walks of life who have made significant and lasting contributions to the remodeling industry. The Hall is filled with people who helped shape the industry during its early history and who continue to lead the professional development of remodelers across the country. Entry deadline, July 11th, 2007.

CADRE Awards
The Council Awards for Demonstrating Remodeling Excellence, known as the CADRE Awards, are presented each year to local councils and individuals whose work exemplifies the best practices of the remodeling industry. Entry deadline, September 4th, 2007.

Remodeler of the Year
This award recognizes exemplary NAHB involvement at any level, superior business management, and an outstanding contribution to the remodeling industry. Entry deadline, August 20th, 2007.

Remodeler of the Month
The purpose of the NAHB Remodeler of the Month award program is to celebrate local, active remodelers who stand out because of recent quality work, customer service, community involvement, and dedication to furthering the industry. The winner, once selected by the NAHB Remodelers, will be profiled on a full page within Qualified Remodeler. Entry deadline, the 15th of each month, two months prior to the award month.
