A Member Serving Those Who Serve
Vince Butler’s volunteer commitment with Rebuilding Together’s Serving Those Who Serve (STWS) program is the focus of a special “Giving” section article in the Nov. 13 edition of The New York Times.
Rebuilding Together, is a nonprofit that repairs and restores the homes of those in need at no cost. The STWS program was created to assist injured veterans and soldiers returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Countrywide Financial Corporation is the founding sponsor of STWS.
The STWT program is an opportunity for local Councils looking for community service projects. Visit the Rebuilding Together Web site to find a local affiliate in your area.
