CEDIA and HTA Education: Putting You on the Cutting Edge of Home Technology
HTA and CEDIA Hosting Two free 'Can’t Miss Home' Tech Webinars

HTA and CEDIA are co-hosting a series of information-packed webinars that can’t be missed by any builder, remodeler, or ESC working in the installed home technology space.

On Thursday, July 8, 2:00 p.m.-3:00 pm, EDT, NAHB and CEDIA members can delve into the nuts and bolts of home technology integration during "Using Home Technology to Boost Profits."

This program is based on NAHB Education’s brand new home integration course, and offers a sneak peek of what the full-blown classroom instruction offers.   The panel includes a home-tech savvy builder, two experienced ESCs, and an expert marketing professional. With their combined wisdom and experience, panelists will lay out the importance of the builder/ESC relationship, the major steps during construction involving home technology integration, as well as how to integrate these amenities in your sales and marketing plan. Information about the program including how to register is available at NAHB's Building Conversations webpage.

On Wednesday, August 11, 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m., EDT, HTA and CEDIA are once again presenting information from CEA’s annual state of the builder technology market study. Now in its eighth edition, this comprehensive survey of more than 700 builders highlights key insights such as how builders’ approach to home technology has changed as a result of the down market, builders’ concerns over home technology and how to address them, and future prospects for home technology adoption among builders. This panel, moderated by CEA’s study leader, Steve Koenig, will feature a builder and ESC discussing the study’s major findings and their importance to your business. Information about the program is coming soon.
